At Seika Algo, we want you to feel confident before committing to a paid plan. Please read our refund policy carefully before subscribing.
14-Day Free Trial
All subscription plans (monthly, quarterly, and annual) include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged anything during the trial period. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be billed.
No Refunds After Purchase
Once a subscription payment has been processed (i.e., after the free trial period ends and your first payment is charged), refunds are not available. We encourage all users to take full advantage of the 14-day free trial to evaluate whether Seika Algo is right for them before any charge occurs.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account's billing portal. Upon cancellation:
- Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period
Exceptions
In exceptional circumstances (e.g., duplicate charges or billing errors), please use the chat button on our website and we will review your case on an individual basis. We are committed to resolving legitimate billing issues promptly.
How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription, log in to your account and navigate to My Account → Manage Subscription / Billing. From there you can cancel your plan at any time.
