1. About Our Service

Seika Algo provides a subscription-based TradingView indicator tool designed to assist users in analyzing market charts. The service is for educational and informational purposes only. Seika Algo does not provide financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Seika Algo offers monthly, quarterly, and annual subscription plans. All subscriptions include a 14-day free trial period. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee at the end of your trial and on each renewal date.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account's billing portal. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. TradingView Access

Access to the Seika Algo indicator on TradingView is granted on an invite-only basis. Upon subscribing, you must submit your TradingView username through your account dashboard. Access is typically granted within 24 hours, subject to verification. Seika Algo reserves the right to revoke TradingView access at any time for violations of these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute your Seika Algo indicator access to any third party
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the indicator
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Provide false or misleading information when registering or submitting your TradingView username

6. No Financial Advice

Seika Algo and its team members are not registered financial advisors and hold no formal qualifications to give financial advice. All content, tools, scripts, and educational materials provided by Seika Algo are intended solely for informational and educational purposes. Nothing on this Site should be construed as financial, investment, or trading advice. Trading involves significant risk, and you are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Seika Algo does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seika Algo and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and the Seika Algo indicator itself, is the exclusive property of Seika Algo and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
